PM Individual assessments tools
The assessment tools from STS allow learners to evaluate their strengths and weaknesses – either as part of a training program or in the light of an upcoming assignment.
PM Knowledge Test is designed as a first step in the project management learning process and comprises a set of questions and problems related to managing projects.
The tool can be used for preliminary tests, as well as at the end of a training to conduct final tests (similar to the preliminary test) in order to assess the acquisition of new knowledge.
PM Knowledge Test is available online. Participants have to answer 60 questions and the duration of the test is 1 hour.

PM SkillTest is an online assessment tool which evaluates primarily the skills of project managers. It consists of 50 problems and difficult situations typically encountered during the daily project work.
The participants are asked to sort out the four possible answers, starting with the “best” solution and, hence, demonstrate their abilities to find adequate solutions for each situation.
PM SkillTest is an ideal tool to evaluate not only the knowledge, but also the competences and soft skills of project managers.
PM SkillTest is available online. Participants have to answer 50 situational questions and the duration of the test is 90 minutes.
